LaRu is the benevolent dictator of the house, and has an incredible temperament. She is outgoing, friendly, and doesn't have a care in the world! She is very drivey, but actually has an off-button! LaRu can just as easily play tug like a demon, or relax on the sofa. She's a true sweetheart!!!

In 2004, I was trying to decide on my next Briard when I noticed a breeding at a small kennel in France. The sire was a dog I had admired for a long time, so I bit the bullet and wrote to the breeder. Although Mme. Kessas had never done so before, she agreed that if the right puppy was born, she would send her to the USA. I am so lucky she did!!
LaRu is the easiest Briard in the world to live with. She has an absolutely bullet proof temperament; great inter-dog skills; a perfect texture, low maintenance, clear tawny coat; and is a nice moderate size. Everyone who meets LaRu falls in love with her.
She is beautifully balanced, and has lovely breed-type. Having a lot to offer any Briard-loving home, she will be bred in early 2010.

This is LaRu at her very first dog show. She was six months and one day old, and handled the whole thing just like an old pro!
LaRu abolutely LOVES dog shows, and has been known to paw at many a ring gate, trying to get in!
